Sarah Michael: WB could participate in the SGC expansion - EXCLUSIVE

We are proud of what was achieved on the SGC, the World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan Sarah Michael told Report.

She also noted that the Bank could participate in the SGC expansion: “We are proud to be a part of groundbreaking landmark project not only for the fact that it finished on time, and budget. Some of the things I think it is so wonderful that new species have been discovered. It is a wonderful success story. If your government asks, we’d be very interested in supporting what is on gas, oil, and other aspects of Azerbaijan’s economic growth, its connectivity to other parts of the world, and we’ll be very happy to engage.”
