Germany vaccinates over 650,000 against COVID in single day

Over the past day, more than 650,000 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Germany, which is a record high for the European country, Report informs, citing the Robert Koch Institute of the Federal German Health Ministry.
According to the institute, on April 7, a record number (656,357) of people received their coronavirus jabs in Germany in a single day.
The previous highest daily record was less than 400,000 doses per day.
