Azerbaijani, Tajik ambassadors discuss bilateral ties in Tashkent

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Uzbekistan Rashad Mammadov and Tajikistan's Ambassador to Uzbekistan Nasreddin Ismatullo discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for their development during a meeting in Tashkent, Report informs.

"During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan and prospects for their development, as well as issues of interaction within the framework of diplomatic activity in Uzbekistan," Mammadov said in a post on X.

The sides also exchanged views on expanding regional cooperation and other topics of mutual interest.

Special attention was paid to further developing cooperation between the embassies of the two countries and expanding the exchange of experience.
