Temperatures in Azerbaijan to reach 39 C on August 5

Dry weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula on August 5, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service.

A northeast wind will be replaced by a moderate northwest wind in the evening.

Temperatures will be 22-25 C at night and 31-36 C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 759 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 70-75% at night and 40-50% during the day.

Weather across Azerbaijan's districts is expected to be mainly dry. However, brief light rain and lightning are possible in some mountainous areas during the day. Occasional fog is expected in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning. A moderate east wind will blow.

Temperatures in the districts will be 21-26 C at night and 34-39 C during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will be 15-20 C at night and 25-30 C during the day.
