Azerbaijan increases income from cocoa exports by 9%

In January-May 2023, Azerbaijan imported cocoa and its products worth $45.904 million, 23.3% more than in the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan's export value of cocoa and its products amounted to $3.987 million (+8.8%).

In January-May, import expenditures on cocoa and its products accounted for 0.67% of Azerbaijan's total imports, and export revenues were responsible for 0.02% of total exports.
