9/11 victims commemorated in New York

A memorial ceremony is being held in New York to commemorate the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
The city took extensive security measures near the monument in the southern Manhattan area - the main mourning ceremonies venue. Additional police forces were deployed to the area.
The names of the dead will be announced at the event.
Although US President Joseph Biden will attend the ceremony, he will not make a speech.
