Astana to host UEFA Congress in 2027

UEFA's 51st Congress will be held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on April 22, 2027, Report informs, citing Kazakhstan's Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

Astana will host the congress, UEFA's supreme governing and legislative body. Decisions to be adopted at the event will play an important role in determining the direction of European football's development in the coming years.

The agenda will also include the election of the UEFA president and members of the Executive Committee.

Representatives of UEFA's 55 member national football associations, the organization's president, members of the Executive Committee, FIFA representatives, and representatives of European leagues, club associations and international sports organizations are expected to attend the event.
