FETO member wanted over Marmaris assassination attempt against Erdogan arrested

Burkay Karatepe, a member of the Fethullah Terrorist Organization, FETO, who had been wanted by red notice for 10 years over his involvement in the assassination attempt against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Marmaris during the July 15, 2016 coup attempt in Türkiye, has been arrested, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.
Karatepe was detained in Afyonkarahisar and, after official procedures, was taken to Mugla by officers of the Counterterrorism Department of the Mugla Security Directorate.
After giving testimony at the prosecutor's office, Karatepe was arrested.
