Foreign diplomats visit village of Aghali

Representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan and 10 organizations visited Aghali village of Zangilan district.

Report informs that the guests were given detailed information about the village during the visit.

"This smart village was built last year. Currently, 420 people live in the village. The village was built on the basis of the smart village concept, that is, the most modern technologies were used. This approach is fully consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals," said Vahid Hajiyev, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts of the East Zangazur economic district.

He also added that the use of solar energy covers all areas of life in Aghali village.
