Work underway to establish TABIB's call center

Serious work is currently underway to establish a Call Center of the Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB)," Psychologist Narmin Osmanli said at training on 'The role of the media in mental health'.

She noted that 1,122 appeals were responded during the pandemic through the 1542 Psychological Support Line:

"Of these, 459 were coronavirus patients. During the quarantine period, appeals related to nervousness, anxiety, and excitement prevailed. In addition, psychological support was provided to 1,007 medical workers across the country."
