Gas prices in Europe exceed $750

Exchange gas prices in Europe have exceeded $750 per 1,000 cubic meters for the first time since March 19 amid another escalation of tension in the Middle East, Report informs.
The increase is reflected in data from the London-based ICE exchange.
The price of August futures at the TTF hub in the Netherlands climbed to approximately $756 per 1,000 cubic meters, or €63.945 per MWh (based on the current euro-to-dollar exchange rate, as ICE quotes are presented in euros per MWh).
The growth in quotes since the start of the trading day exceeded 1%.
