Possibilities of cooperation with IPCC in organizing COP29 discussed

Within the framework of the 60th Session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the delegation of Azerbaijan met with the IPCC Chairman, Professor Jim Skea, and IPCC Deputy Secretary, Ermira Fida.
Report informs, citing the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, that the meeting discussed the possibilities of cooperation with the IPCC in the organization of the COP29 event to be held in Baku as well as the organization of thematic conferences with the participation of scientists.
