Number Georgia's visitors from Azerbaijan doubles

From January through October 2021, 65,867 people visited Georgia from Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA).

According to GNTA, this figure is 221,408 people or 77.1% less than the same period last year.

In October alone, 8,358 people entered Georgia from Azerbaijan, 4,434 people or 2.1 times more than a year earlier.

Last month, Georgia received 220,705 international visitors. For January-October, this figure was 1,522,139 (-7.7%).
