On March 30, it was agreed to open three more humanitarian corridors in Ukraine for the evacuation of civilians, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said, Report informs.
"It was agreed to open three more humanitarian corridors for the delivery of humanitarian aid and evacuation of people. Buses and trucks carrying humanitarian aid have already left Zaporizhzhia. We demand that Russia comply with its obligations and allow humanitarian cargo to pass through the checkpoint," she noted.
Although it has been agreed to regularly open humanitarian corridors in war-torn areas, Russia is violating these agreements and using humanitarian caravans to enter Ukrainian cities or fire on them. So far, 100,000 civilians have been evacuated from the fighting zone. In the process, Kyiv accuses Russia of transporting its citizens, especially children.
