"We do not regulate the rules for beaches. Discussions are underway in this direction. We can only make a medical assessment as a doctor," Yagut Garayeva, head of the Department of Disease Prevention and Control of the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB), said in an interview with Real TV.
She recalled that last year the beaches operated under certain conditions:
"Sanitary rules were prepared for that time. Based on these rules, the relevant structures can decide this year."
