The interior ministries of Türkiye, Georgia and Azerbaijan plan to establish a trilateral mechanism to discuss joint efforts to combat crime.
According to Report, Turkish Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi told TGRT Haber that he had proposed creating such a mechanism among Türkiye, Georgia and Azerbaijan during his recent visit to Georgia.
"We will put it into operation in the coming days," the minister said.
During his visit to Georgia, Çiftçi also discussed joint efforts to combat crime with his Georgian counterpart.
