Coronavirus infection rate in Azerbaijan reaches 23

The global coronavirus tally has topped 210,000,000, said Yagut Garayeva, head of the Disease Prevention and Control Department of TABİB, speaking at the briefing of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers on August 20, Report informs.
She said the United States and India are on the list of countries with the highest coronavirus tally.
"Over the past days, Azerbaijan has also seen a significant increase in infections. Unfortunately, while on August 1, the infection rate was at 7%, today it reaches 23%," she said.
