Azerpambig exports rise 76.5% in January-August

Azerpambig Agrarian Industrial Complex LLC (Azercotton) exported products worth $45.9 million in January-August 2026.

According to Report, citing the September issue of the Export Review published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, this was $19.9 million, or 76.5%, more than in the same period of 2025.

During the first eight months of the year, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports increased by 17.6% year-on-year to $2.8 billion.

Azerpambig was established in 2018 and is engaged in cotton production, procurement and processing, as well as the sale of processed products, including cotton fiber, industrial cottonseed, cottonseed oil, by-products and cottonseed cake.

The company operates six cotton processing plants in Shirvan, Saatli, Aghjabadi, Beylagan, Barda and Bilasuvar, as well as seven cotton production and procurement points in Sabirabad, Imishli, Salyan, Aghdam, Tartar, Goranboy and Ujar.

It also operates an experimental farm in Bilasuvar district. The Shirvan Cotton Processing Plant has a facility for producing oil from industrial cottonseed.
