Azerbaijanis in Luxembourg mark Remembrance Day at Route du Vin race

Thirty members of the Azerbaijani community living in Luxembourg took part in the Route du Vin half marathon in Remich, dedicating their run to Azerbaijan's September 27 Remembrance Day.
According to Report's European bureau, members of the Luxembourg-Azerbaijan Friendship Association (LuxAz) also participated in the half marathon.
During the 21-kilometer race, they wore badges depicting the Khari Bulbul, one of the main symbols associated with the Patriotic War.
Representatives of the Azerbaijani community also told other participants about the significance of the Khari Bulbul and Remembrance Day for the Azerbaijani people.
The Route du Vin has been held annually in Remix since 1962 and attracts thousands of participants.
This year's race took place on September 27, Azerbaijan's Remembrance Day, dedicated to the memory of those who lost their lives in battles for the restoration of the country's territorial integrity.
