US committed to helping Georgia build its defense capacity, Pentagon chief says

The US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has visited Georgia, Report informs, citing his Twitter account.
“The United States is committed to helping Georgia build its defense capacity and advance its Euro-Atlantic integration, and I’m looking forward to my meetings here,” he said on Twitter.
As part of the visit, he will meet with Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili, Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze. They will discuss US-Georgia cooperation, global security, and regional issues.
After Georgia, the Us Secretary of Defense will pay a visit to Ukraine.
