US allocates $67 million to Georgia

Georgia receives a $67 million grant from the United States.
Report informs that the relevant agreement was signed by the Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khkutsishvili and USAID/Georgia Mission Director Peter Wiebler.
The signing ceremony was attended by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan.
The volume of funding to be allocated within the grant program is expected to reach $330 million.
