Russia: 467 die of COVID-19 per day

Another 24,822 people tested positive for COVID-19 in Russia over the past day, Report says, citing the country's Operational Headquarters.
According to the information, the number of people infected with the novel coronavirus has reached 2,064,768 in Russia. In the last 24 hours, 467 patients fell victim to the virus, bringing the death toll to 35,778.
Moreover, 1,577,435 coronavirus patients have recovered so far.
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in late 2019 in China’s Hubei province, and the virus has spread to more than 200 countries and territories since then.
On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, declared it a pandemic.
