US police officer shoots unarmed African-American

In Columbus, Ohio, a police officer shot an unarmed African-American with a mobile phone, Report informs, referring to CNN.

Police officer Adam Coy was called to the apartment. Someone complained to the police about the noise from the car's engine. In one of the houses, Coy saw an Afro-American man approaching him near the garage. He holds a mobile phone in his left hand.

It is unknown what caused the shooting. Wounded Andre Maurice Hill died from his injuries. It turned out that the African-American was invited to a nearby house at that time.
