Palestinian President meets with Erdogan

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has paid an official visit to Istanbul at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Turkish bureau of Report informs that a one-on-one meeting was held between the heads of state during the visit.
The meeting held behind closed doors focused on bilateral relations.
Notably, the visit's agenda included the expansion of cooperation between Turkey and Palestine and the exchange of views on the next elections in Palestine.
