Death toll in Russia's strike on Kyiv rises to 27

The number of people killed in Russia's massive strike on Kyiv has risen to 27, according to Ukraine's State Emergency Service, Report informs.
It was noted that one of the injured had died in hospital, while another victim's body was recovered from under the rubble of a building.
The agency added that search and rescue operations continue without interruption at the sites of the strikes in the Ukrainian capital.
Authorities declared July 3 a day of mourning in Kyiv. Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that damage had been recorded across the city and noted that residents remain trapped inside damaged apartment buildings.
