Deputy Minister: Azerbaijani Army develops new projects on personnel reforms

"According to the instructions of the President to carry out structural reforms in the Azerbaijani Army and increase its number, important responsibilities lie on the personnel bodies," said Deputy Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Karim Valiyev.
According to Report, he spoke at a training meeting with unions, associations, military units, and special military educational institutions under the plan approved by the Minister of Defense for 2021.
He said new technologies would be used to make personnel reforms more effective. "New projects are developed to allow for more flexible and efficient organization of personnel placement, rotation, and personnel reforms. All work in this area is underway following military legislation."
