Azerbaijan starts exporting industrial robots

During the 11 months of 2021, Azerbaijan sent one industrial robot worth $192,500 abroad, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.
No such robots have been exported from the country in the last ten years (note: the official statistics on foreign trade are open until 2011). Last year, an industrial robot was delivered to Tajikistan for the first time.
19 industrial robots worth $331,140 were imported to Azerbaijan during the reporting period. Eight products (-66.7%) worth $215,380 (+2.2 times) were purchased from Turkey, nine (+4.5 times) worth $108,060 (+51 times) from China, and two (+2 times) worth $7,700 (+24 times) from Iran.
