World record set in Diamond League

British athlete Mo Farah broke the world record in a one-hour event, Report informs, referring to Strait Times.
He ran 21,330 meters in 60 minutes in the Diamond League in Brussels.
Farah bettered Ethiopian Haile Gebrselassie's previous best of 21.285km, set back in 2007, by 45 meters.
Athlete Mo Fara is famous for running medium and long distances. He is a four-time Olympic, six-time world, and five-time European champion in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters.
