Beijing 2022: Azerbaijani representative qualifies for next stage

Azerbaijani figure skater Vladimir Litvintsev has started competing in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

According to Report, the 21-year-old athlete scored 84.15 points in the short program.

Litvintsev, currently ranked 5th, secured his spot in the 30-skater competition and won the right to participate in the free program on February 10.

The tournament's winner is determined by the sum of points in both programs.
