Azerbaijan, Latvia mull possible cooperation on mine clearance

Vugar Suleymanov, chairman of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), has met with Artis Pabriks, the Minister for Defence and Deputy Prime Minister of Latvia, Report informs, citing ANAMA.
Artis Pabriks said that the mining of cemeteries is a manifestation of the inhumane acts committed against the civilian population.
The sides exchanged views on possible opportunities for cooperation in the field of demining.
