President's Assistant: If epidemiological situation deteriorates, lockdown will be inevitable

"If the epidemiological situation deteriorates, the lockdown will be inevitable. Since people are dying and hospitals are inundated," said Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President and Head of the Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Report informs.
According to him, it is challenging to prevent the infection cases without quarantine:
"If people have mass vaccinations in a short time, there will be no need for strict restrictions."
