SCO: Elections in Azerbaijan were transparent and democratic

The elections in Azerbaijan were successful; they were legitimate, transparent, and democratic, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Sherali Saidamir Jonon said.
Jonon leads the SCO delegation observing the snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
"There were no serious problems in the elections; only minor violations that did not affect the electoral process. The SCO believes that the elections took place under the legislation of Azerbaijan and all international commitments.
