Kazakh Embassy: We respectfully commemorate January 20 victims

The Kazakh Embassy in Azerbaijan has expressed its condolences to the Azerbaijani people in connection with the January 20, 1990 tragedy, Report informs, citing the diplomatic mission's Facebook page.
"On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the January 20 tragedy, the Kazakh embassy expresses its sincere sympathy to the people of Azerbaijan and honors the memory of the innocent victims of freedom," the embassy said.
