Ilham Aliyev: All responsibility for tension lies with Armenia

Another military provocation was committed by Armenia, and our serviceman was killed as a result of this provocation in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces were temporarily stationed, President Ilham Aliyev said during a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The head of state said that the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan prevented this provocation, took the necessary countermeasures and noted that Armenia is fully responsible for the tension.
