New head of Azerbaijani office of IsDB appointed

Lala Yusifova has been appointed the new head of the Islamic Development Bank's (IsDB) office in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, prior to this appointment, Yusifova worked as a project manager at the United Nations.
Former IsDB country manager Tamerlan Tagiyev recently resigned and was appointed executive director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the Ministry of Economy.
Azerbaijan joined the IsDB in 1992. At present, the membership capital of the country in the Bank is 50.8 million Islamic dinars, which is 0.1% of the total capital of the ISDB.
