Iraqi security forces thwart attack on oil well

Iraqi security officials thwarted an attempted blast of an oil well in the Kirkuk province, according to the Shafaq News information portal.
Report informs citing TASS that the security service defused a bomb planted near one of the wells in the Bai-Khasan field in the province's northwest.
No one was injured in operation.
The Bai Khasan field has already come under attack this week after unknowns blew up two oil wells, killing and injuring several security officers.
