Positive balance of foreign trade turnover climbs 9-fold

Baku. 14 November. REPORT.AZ/ The volume of foreign trade turnover in Azerbaijan in January-October 2017 amounted to $ 16 012,583 mln.
Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee (SCC), this is 13,1% more compared to the same period in 2016.
Exports from Azerbaijan increased by 25.8% over the past year and made $ 9 054.202 million, while imports increased by $ 382,000 and amounted to $ 6,958,381 million.
As a result, positive saldo in sum of $ 2 095,821 mln was observed in foreign trade operations which is 8.8-fold more than in the same period in 2016.
