Azerbaijan, Germany to continue cooperation in mine clearance

Azerbaijan and Germany have agreed to continue cooperation in the field of mine clearance, reads the Joint Declaration on a Strategic Agenda for the Bilateral Partnership between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed in Berlin on July 21, Report informs.
The document also provides for continued ministerial dialogue on regional and global security issues, including the fight against human trafficking and drug trafficking.
The declaration envisages promoting cooperation in the defense industry, as well as continuing the exchange of specialists and students between educational institutions in this field.
Information and best practices in areas of common interest will also be exchanged.
