Azerbaijan's income from drinks, vinegar exports grows six-fold

In January-May 2023, Azerbaijan imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and vinegar for $35.572 million, 24.8% more year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and vinegar for $27.698 million - 5.9 times more than a year earlier.
In the first five months of 2023, imports of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and vinegar amounted to 0.5% of Azerbaijan's total imports, and their exports made 0.2% of the country’s total exports.
