The oldest citizen receiving social services at home in Azerbaijan is a resident of Kemerli village of Gazakh district, Isgandarova Leyli Jahangir gizi, born in 1912 (110 years old), said Vugar Behbudov, chairman of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Report informs.
