Putin to arrive in Astana on official visit on November 9

Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit the capital of Kazakhstan on November 9, Report informs referring to a statement from the presidential press service.
“At the invitation of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay an official visit to Astana,” reads the statement.
During the visit, it is planned to hold negotiations between the leaders of the two countries, during which current issues of the Kazakh-Russian strategic partnership will be discussed.
In addition, the presidents will take part in the work of the XIX Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia, which will be held in Kostanay, via video conferencing.
