Oil prices rise after Iran parliament speaker's post on talks

Oil prices rose after Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, made a social media post about negotiations, Report informs via Iranian media.
WTI crude rose to $99.6 per barrel, up $1.16 from the previous day, while Brent crude increased by $1.13 to $97.67 per barrel.
Ghalibaf said that two mutually agreed issues between the parties had yet to be implemented, namely a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of Iran's blocked assets before the start of negotiations.
He said both issues must be fulfilled before talks begin.
