Moldovan official calls Azerbaijan's DOST most suitable social services model

The DOST project, Azerbaijan's single-window public social services model, is the most suitable model for Moldova, Elena Tibirna, director of Moldova's National Social Insurance House, told journalists, Report informs.

According to her, the aim is to ensure a high level of service delivery across all areas of social protection.

"The DOST project was the most suitable project for Moldova because it is a 'single window' that brings together all social areas under both our Ministry of Social Protection and the Moldovan government. The goal is to combine these services within the single-window system applied by the National Social Insurance House and ensure service delivery to our citizens," Tibirna said.

She noted that the memorandum signed today with the DOST Agency is an important step toward formalizing joint activities between the relevant institutions of the two countries.
