Taliban announce ‘general amnesty’ for government officials

The Taliban have released a statement saying ‘general amnesty’ will be granted for government officials and have urged people to return to work, Report informs referring to The Guardian.
The Taliban statement says, “A general amnesty has been declared for all ... so you should start your routine life with full confidence”, AFP reports.
