Putin: Relations with Vietnam developing in friendly manner

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Vietnamese President Vo Van Thuong in Beijing, Report informs via Russian media.
The negotiations took place on the sidelines of the 3rd International Belt and Road Forum.
Putin noted that despite the decline in trade and economic interaction between Russia and Vietnam last year, the trade increased by more than 6% in the first six months of 2023.
Relations between the two countries are developing in a friendly manner, he added.
