Army member kills three in US

According to the US law enforcement officials, Duke Webb perpetrated an armed incident in Rockford that killed three people and injured three pthers.

The city's police chief Daniel Oshi said at a press conference that a 14-year-old teenager that a 16-year-old girl, and a 62-year-old man were wounded in a shooting at a bar.

A 37-year-old serviceman suspected of committing the incident has already been detained and charged. The police have not announced the motive for the murder yet.
