President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree declaring 2022 the Year of Shusha in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the presidential press service.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to prepare and implement an action plan in connection with the Year of Shusha.
