Nissan decides to cut car production by 30%

Japanese carmaker Nissan is cutting production by 30% in October and November, Report informs via foreign media.
The reason behind the reduction is a severe shortage of semiconductor chips. The company plans to produce 583,000 cars in two months.
Due to the global chip crisis, the world's leading companies have been forced to suspend or limit car production. Toyota has also announced that it would reduce car production by 15% in November.
