Vaccinations are only effective when done universally, Head of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.
Ghebreyesus urged all countries not to postpone vaccination, as new strains of the coronavirus would otherwise appear.
"In this case, the vaccines that we used may become useless," the official warned.
He stressed that the lack of drugs in developing countries would create problems for wealthy countries.
