Ex-Romanian premier credits Azerbaijan for adherence to int’l laws

I am sure that the plans of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to restore the territories liberated from occupation will be fully implemented, as Report informs, former Romanian Prime Minister Petre Roman said this at the VIII Global Baku Forum.
He noted that the Second Karabakh War ended with Azerbaijan’s victory: "Azerbaijan has always followed a correct and fair path. Your country fought within the framework of the resolutions of the UN Security Council and international laws."
